Lead Teacher (Full-Time or Part-Time)
New Falls Church Learning Center focused on Pre K-Age 12 is looking for a highly energetic, highly motivated individual. Applicant should have teacher certification as well as 2-5 years experience working with students of mixed-age ranges.

Responsibilities Will Include:
- Working with provided curriculum to individualize programming for each student
- Daily parent interaction regarding student progress
- Administrative duties in running classroom - tracking student progress, monitoring student enrollment
- Daily use of multiple software programs including Google Docs, and provided classroom management software
- Working with part-time instructors (in 3-6 months, once enrollment grows)
- Managing a safe and fun classroom environment

Ideal Candidate Will:
- Be independent
- MUST be enthusiastic and maintain high level of energy throughout the day with students and parents
- Work as a team member, but be capable of completing given projects with minimal supervision.
- Communicate effectively with owner about new and ongoing student enrollment
