Description
On Monday, December 6th from 6pm - 8pm, join us for a great night of delicious food and beer pairing featuring special guest chef Brendan L'Etoile from Cafe Colline in Arlington VA! Chef Brendan is taking us to the Alsace region of France with a Bavarian-influenced menu that pairs perfectly with a choice selection of our tasty beers. From crispy Tarte Flambee with pork belly to Weisswurst perfumed with lemon & mace, everything will be served family style for a night of revelry and fun. PLUS - included with the ticket is a 3-month membership to our mug club, which consists of 15% off all draft beer, cans & merchandise on every visit at Solace Outpost! ($50 value.)
