Bio: Julianne Kim, the Human Resources Consultant for Body Dynamics, Inc., comes with nearly 20 years of professional experience managing all aspects of Human Resources including employee engagement, organizational development, and talent management to support healthy business growth. She worked with large consulting firms in Washington D.C. and Seattle before professionally focusing on small to medium-sized organizations where she can provide more of a personal touch with business’ greatest assets: its people. Her experience in diverse industries allows her to have a unique view of how businesses can attract and retain top talents. She led HR across industries such as Architecture, Health, International Development, Non-Profit, and Technology. She was formerly the Director of HR with a corporate commercial architecture firm before forming an independent consulting practice leading strategic growth for businesses around DC metro area. 
 
As a military spouse, she is personally and professionally accustomed to being nimble and juggling changing demands, which is applicable in today’s unpredictable market. Julianne graduated with a double major in political science and sociology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a graduate certificate from the University of Virginia in Leadership in Human Resources Management.
