Join us for our free Health Optimization Workshop, hosted both in English and Spanish. This health educational workshop is aiming towards understanding the state of our nation's health, our healthcare system, and how to improve our daily health. Education is a large focus in our practice and during the Health Optimization Workshop we look to dive into several factors that can effect us in our every day lives.
