Hope for the Hurting BBQ Fundraiser

Description

Hope for the Hurting is a fundraiser for Join the Journey's primary mission of distributing micro-loans to entrepreneurs in the developing world who would otherwise be unqualified for capital by traditional banks. The event also aims to bring the Falls Church/DMV community together through food and music.  We are intentionally holding this event at the VFW Post 9274 to connect more deeply with Falls Church veterans who have so faithfully served both their country and continue to serve their community. Another aim of this event is to serve our community by offering a free plate to our first responders. We hope people walk away with a renewed sense of community and awareness of how they, too, can empower someone's life.
