This dance-based cardio class incorporates some or many forms of dance. It's a fun, full body workout that challenges you while also allowing you to just have fun!
At the beginning of class, the instructor will start off with slower beats and then pick it up throughout the hour to give you the best work out possible.
All fitness levels are welcome- no previous dance experience required.
