Kombucha is a fermented tea rich in immunity-boosting probiotics, energizing B vitamins, liver detoxifying enzymes and joint-friendly glucosamine. Learn to make this fizzy beverage with Integrative Nutrition Health Coach Rachel Abbett. She will go step-by-step through the process so you can learn the do's and don'ts of fermentation.
