Join us on Thanksgiving at 9:30 for a 30 minute Online Community Class with our volunteer teachers. Please pre-register through the MBO app or through https://www.karma.yoga/
Class is free to join and pay-by-donation, you may donate to Karma Yoga through Venmo @karmayoga
Why do we offer free classes? Because yoga is free! Who can stop you? What is not free, is teacher time and rent. So, to keep the business sustainable and our doors open for a long time to come, we must charge reasonable rates for our classes.
But we also recognize that there are values greater than money. It's a benefit for you and for society, if you choose to practice awareness of mind, movement, and breath (i.e. yoga) – here or anywhere. We are lucky to be a place that offers this type of space and instruction, and we want to share this good fortune and benefit with all who would like to practice.
