Sound Baths are best received laying down or being seated. If laying is an option for you feel free to bring a yoga or other mat, blanket & pillow(s). If you prefer seating, there are numerous comfortable chairs provided. Eating light and healthy prior that day will support the best results for you. Please arrive early to settle in. After a brief introduction doors will close before the Sound Bath starts.
What is a Sound Bath?
A Sound Bath is when you immerse yourself in Sacred Vibrations emanating from precious instruments like Tibetan Singing Bowls, Crystal Singing Bowls, Gong and other indigenous instruments ~ all conducive to create deep relaxation, meditation and rejuvenation. Sound in that way creates the energetic environment where profound insights and graceful releases can occur as it addresses the whole being. Words will not be able to describe what the experience will provide you with.
