Pilates At Stacey's offers mat pilates, suspension training Pilates, and MELT Method classes. Try all three for free! Though open to beginners, suspension training classes offer a more athletic approach to Pilates. MELT Method classes are 30-minute self-care sessions that utilize a specialized soft foam roller to balance the nervous system and rehydrate connective tissue (fascia).
